Oklahoma freshman QB Chris Robison dismissed from Sooners' program

Lincoln Riley has dismissed freshman quarterback Chris Robison from the program, according to a release sent by OU Athletics. Robison violated team rules, per the release.

Robison was an early-enrollee and worked out with the Sooners through all of spring ball but left the team during the summer.

Robison was arrested the night after Oklahoma's spring game for public intoxication. He was later released on a $357 bond.

Robison was a 4-star recruit after starring as Mesquite Horn High School. He was the No. 7 pro-style QB in the country for 2017 according to 247 Sports Composite.
