Oklahoma football is waiting on word about Tre Norwood‘s lower leg injury and hoping for the best, but must start making plans for the worst.
Tre Norwood apparently went down early in the week with an undisclosed injury and has been on crutches and out of practice since it occurred, causing Multiple sources to speculate that it could be an ACL tear.
The junior defensive back is one of the most experienced players in the Oklahoma secondary. He became stater at corner during his freshman season, then moved to nickel corner last year to relieve the struggling Brendan Radley-Hiles in the West Virginia game and held the spot all the way through the Sooners’ run to the college football playoff.
