Oklahoma picked up another commitment Monday when three-star cornerback Parnell Motley announced his decision to come to Oklahoma.
Motley (6-foot-1, 170 pounds) recently withdrew his commitment to Maryland after committing to the Terrapins in June.
He is from H.D. Woodson High in Washington, D.C.
Woodson is the No. 65 cornerback in the nation according to Rivals.com.
He also had offers from Clemson, LSU and Wisconsin among others.
Motley's commitment gives the Sooners 15 commits for the 2016 class, with four of those committing since Nov. 28, the day of Oklahoma's Bedlam win in Stillwater.
