NORMAN — Ty Darlington finally admitted it: It's been hard to take things one game at a time.
“It's been very difficult not to look ahead,” OU's senior center said shortly after Saturday's 52-16 win over Iowa State. “These last three are all teams that beat us last year. They're all very good football teams.
“Particularly with Baylor, we owe them one for the last two years.”
Darlington and the 12th-ranked Sooners travel to Waco, Texas, next weekend for a monumental game against No. 4 Baylor, which has obliterated Oklahoma by a combined 89-26 score the last two seasons.
