Oklahoma football: Sooner fans air their Festivus grievances

NORMAN — Happy Festivus everyone!

In what has become an annual tradition here on the NewsOK.com OU football blog, I’m collected Sooner fan Festivus grievances. Last year’s post was spectacular — OU fans rightfully had a lot of grievances about last year’s team — but this season, the Sooners are 11-1 and College Football Playoff bound.

Still, there are plenty of OU-related things to complain about.

Festivus, made famous in the Season 9 Seinfeld episode “The Strike,” calls for celebrants to put up an aluminum pole instead of a Christmas tree; gather your loved ones around the dinner table and air grievances; and witness the "Feats of Strength," which always ended with George Costanza crying.
