In officially announcing the early signing class in a press conference, head coach Lincoln Riley indicated that there were a few surprises left in the Sooners’ recruiting bag for next season. One of those surprises could come on Saturday at the All-American Bowl in San Antonio.
Five-star wide receiver Jadon Haselwood will play for the East squad and is expected to announce his decision on where he will play his college football. Haselwood, from Ellenwood, Georgia, had orginally committed to stay in his home state and play for Georgia. He backed out of that long-standing commitment in October and reopened his recruitment.
