Oklahoma football senior safety Pat Fields has been named a semifinalist for the 2021 William V. Campbell Trophy.
Fields is one of 176 semifinalists from around the country in consideration for the prestigious scholar-athlete award, which recognizes the college player who best represents a combination of academics, community service and on-field performance.
In his fourth year at Oklahoma, Fields has compiled a 3.82 GPA while pursing an undergraduate degree in business administration and a master’s degree in accounting. He was an Academic All-American second-team selection in 2020 and an Academic All-Big 12 first-team honoree in both 2019 and 2020.
