Oklahoma leads Clemson 17-16 at halftime of the Orange Bowl. Here are a few halftime thoughts:
-Clemson has gone after cornerback Zack Sanchez quite a bit after Sanchez struggled late in the season after suffering an ankle injury. Secondary coach Kerry Cooks told me earlier this week that Sanchez was back to 100 percent and determined to prove his health against Clemson.
So far he's done a pretty credible job, including making the biggest defensive play of the first half when he intercepted Deshaun Watson in the end zone in the final seconds to preserve OU's lead.
