Tim Kish’s retirement wraps up a 42-year football career that included stops at Bowling Green, Ball State, Army, Northwestern, Illinois, Ohio, Indiana, Arizona and Oklahoma. He had worked with former Oklahoma defensive coordinator Mike Stoops since Stoops since 2004 in Arizona.
in addition to working as a linebackers coach he also served as a defensive coordinator at Illinois, Ohio and Arizona as well as a four-game stint as interim head coach of the Wildcats in 2011.
Tim Kish’s Oklahoma pupils include Dom Alexander, Corey Nelson, Eric Striker, and Jordan Evans, all of which were named to the all Big 12 team or higher.
