Oklahoma football: ‘Hollywood’ Brown a Biletnikoff semifinalist

The award is presented every season to college football’s most outstanding receiver, regardless of position. Brown is second in the Big 12 and ranks 11th nationally with 956 receiving yards in 10 games this season.

The 5-foot, 10-inch, 168-pound junior is the most electrifying player on the nation’s best offense. Of players who average at least five receptions per game, Brown’s 18.2 yards per catch is second best among FBS (Football Bowl Subdivision) teams. He ranks second in the country with nine catches of at least 40 yards. He also has six receptions for at least 50 yards, three for 60-yards or more and two for more yards or more.
