Oklahoma basketball: Sooners stay at No. 3 in latest AP poll

After playing just one game this week—a win over Creighton on Saturday—Oklahoma's men's basketball team remained at No. 3 in The Associated Press rankings released Monday but moved up to No. 2 in the latest USA Today coaches' poll.

Michigan State (12-0) remained in the top spot in both polls with Kansas (9-1) No. 2 in The AP poll.

The Sooners (8-0) are in Hawaii for the Diamond Head Classic, which they'll open against Washington State on Tuesday (10 p.m., ESPNU).

Oklahoma moved past Iowa State, which lost to Northern Iowa on Saturday night, in the coaches' poll and received two of 31 first-place votes.
