For nearly 30 minutes after Oklahoma’s open practice wrapped up Thursday, the Sooners signed autographs for fans at Chesapeake Energy Arena.
Leading the way was Buddy Hield, Oklahoma’s affable superstar.
Hield signed posters, cell phones and cell phone cases, shoes, socks and even a pair of sunglasses.
Hield and his teammates made their way down the front row at the arena after a crowd of hundreds watched the Sooners’ shootaround.
Close behind Hield was Ryan Spangler, who like Hield took selfies with fans young and old.
At one point, Spangler jumped into the crowd to greet his older brother and niece.
