Oklahoma will be without reserve center Akolda Manyang on Sunday after the junior flew home to Minnesota after a death in his family.
The Sooners take on VCU at 4:15 p.m. (CBS) in Oklahoma City.
Manyang learned of the death hours after the Sooners' win over Cal State Bakersfield on Friday in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.
Coaches and teammates said Manyang was "devastated" by the news.
Manyang had a breakout game against the Roadrunners, with two rebounds, three rebounds and two blocks. The numbers weren't overwhelming but Manyang slowed down Bakersfield center Aly Ahmad.
