For much of the non-conference season, Oklahoma's bench had been considerably better than it was a year ago.
But recent struggles by Dinjiyl Walker and Christian James have left the Sooners searching for answers off the bench.
In Saturday's 86-76 win over Kansas State, Oklahoma's bench scored just six points as the starters once again had to bear a considerable load.
“We've got to keep pushing it,” Sooners coach Lon Kruger said. “I thought Dante (Buford) stepped in and did some good things.
