A week ago, it was college basketball and the Sooners’ appearance in the NCAA Basketball Championship’s Final Four. This weekend, it is football. – which, of course, is king at Oklahoma – and the traditional Red-White Spring Game.
OU is home on the baseball diamond for a second straight weekend as the Baylor Bears come to town sporting a season record very similar to the Sooners. Both teams are 15-14 in the won-lost column, although the Bears stand a full-game better than Oklahoma in the Big 12 standings with a 3-3 conference record.
The Sooners bring a two-game winning streak to the weekend series with Baylor and have won four of their last five games, including a series win last weekend over the Texas Longhorns.
