The Oklahoma Supreme Court on Tuesday ruled a surveillance video of Sooner running back Joe Mixon's punch must be released.
Justices ruled in favor of the Oklahoma Association of Broadcasters, which had sued for the video's release in Cleveland County District Court under the Oklahoma Open Records Act.
Justices ordered the judge overseeing that lawsuit to enter a ruling in favor of the association "without delay."
Mixon, 20, punched a University of Oklahoma student, Amelia Molitor, 22, in the face in 2014 at a Campus Corner cafe in Norman.
Molitor suffered fractured bones in her face from the incident.
