NORMAN — Kansas State had five players score in double figures Sunday, and the Wildcats posted an 83-75 Big 12 women's basketball victory over Oklahoma before 3,005 fans at Lloyd Noble Center.
Rachel Ranke led Kansas State (15-9 overall, 6-6 Big 12) with 24 points. Peyton Williams added 13 points and 10 rebounds, and Kayla Goth had 13 points 12 assists. Kansas State led by 20 with 8:23 left in the third quarter, before holding off an Oklahoma squad led by sophomore Ana Llanusa.
The former Choctaw High School star had a game-best 33 points on 10 of 20 shooting from the field.
