Oklahoma entered the season with quite a bit of depth in the secondary at both the safety and cornerback spots.
But that depth has eroded during the first four games of the season as cornerbacks Jordan Parker and Jordan Thomas were injured as were safeties Will Johnson and Robert Barnes.
Parker is out for the season after an injury in the season opener but against Iowa State next week, the Sooners should get some players back.
Lincoln Riley said Tuesday that Thomas, who suffered an apparent ankle injury late against Baylor, was “fine” and would play against the Cyclones.
