Since the NFL combine came to a close, former Oklahoma quarterback Kyler Murray has been picking up momentum to be the No. 1 overall pick in April's NFL draft. That momentum came to a halt on Tuesday afternoon.
NFL Network analyst Charley Casserly went on NFL Network Tuesday and relayed some of the criticism he's been hearing on Murray. Here's a transcript:
"He better hope Kingsbury takes him No. 1 because this was not good," Casserly said, seemingly indicating that Murray could fall down draft boards if Arizona decides to take Josh Rosen instead.
The criticism of Murray's leadership is the most surprising, given that Murray wasn't in a competitive environment in Indianapolis.
