LAWRENCE, KAN. — Kansas had three players score at least 20 points and the Jayhawks pulled away late in the fourth quarter to beat Oklahoma 88-79 on Wednesday night inside Allen Fieldhouse.
Christalah Lyons led the Jayhawks (12-7, 2-6 Big 12) with 23 points, and Kylee Kopatich and Austin Richardson each added 20.
Shaina Pellington had a big game for OU off the bench. The 2018 Big 12 Freshman of the Year had 25 points, seven rebounds and four assists.
It was a back-and-forth game, with the teams trading leads throughout the contest.
The Sooners (5-14, 1-7) led 44-42 at halftime, but Kansas went on an 18-6 run to end the third quarter to take a 60-59 lead.
