The Big 12 Tournament was different Tuesday in Kansas City, for all the wrong reasons. But Garozzo’s was the same, for all the right reasons.
The coronavirus scare made the Sprint Center a strange place as OSU practiced in preparation of its Wednesday night game against Iowa State. Understandable media restrictions were put in place but raise some interesting questions, at least in my mind.
The Tuesday practice, which only runs about 45 minutes for each team, is annually a low-key event in which players shoot and run the court, while coaches, media and team personnel hang around the sidelines and chat.
