Oklahoma junior Giselle Juarez recorded her first career perfect game and the Sooners scored 26 runs on their first day of the LMU/CSUN Tournament in Los Angeles.
The Sooners defeated UC Santa Barbara 12-1 on Thursday morning before run-ruling host Loyola Marymount 14-0 in five innings in the afternoon.
Juarez retired all 15 batters she faced against LMU, marking the first perfect game of her career and 13th in program history.
The Sooners head to Northridge, California on Saturday to take on Dartmouth at noon (CST) and California State Northridge at 4:30 p.m.
