ATLANTA — In the blink of an eye, LSU linebacker K’Lavon Chaisson was in the backfield.
Another blink, and Chaisson had his arms around Sooners quarterback Jalen Hurts.
Five seconds into the game and the tone was set.
The Tigers only managed to bring Hurts down for a sack once more in the game but the quarterback who transferred from Alabama to Oklahoma spent his final collegiate game running for dear life.
Hurts spent most of his one season with the Sooners tormenting defenses with his scrambling ability. But in Saturday’s 63-28 loss in the Peach Bowl, Hurts was the one whose life was being made difficult.
