It's just barely after 9 a.m. on Monday morning, but unlike many twentysomethings Patrick Hayes has already been up for hours.
In just a few days, he'll board a plane bound for the NFL Combine, and he has a laundry list of tasks to accomplish before he leaves his home office in Los Angeles.
At just 27 years old, Hayes, a former Oklahoma student athletic trainer and digital media intern, is hustling to get his newly founded sports marketing agency Waterhouse Hayes off the ground.
With nine clients, including Memphis Grizzlies point guard Mike Conley and Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Martavis Bryant, Hayes is already building a solid presence in the sports public relations world.
