While Oklahoma coach Lincoln Riley said he was told the “Horns Down” hand gesture would draw a flag Saturday during the Big 12 Championship Game, a Big 12 source said that isn’t strictly the case.
The source indicated that the gesture could be flashed as long as it wasn’t used directly as a taunt toward Texas.
