MANHATTAN, KAN. — Lincoln Riley doesn't know what he'll be doing when he's the age of Kansas State coach Bill Snyder — more than 40 years down the road.
He know what he won't be doing, though.
“I'm not going to be doing it at 78, I can tell you that much,” Riley said this week of coaching as his Sooners prepare to face Snyder's Wildcats (3 p.m., Fox). “It's amazing. It's just — I can't even comprehend it honestly.”
On Saturday in the stadium named after Snyder and his family, the youngest head coach in Division I football meets its oldest when the 34-year-old Riley goes head-to-head with the 78-year-old Snyder.
