NORMAN — Patty Gasso isn't telling Jocelyn Alo much in the lead up to the freshman's first NCAA Tournament.
It's better that way.
“It's been in my experience, to tell the freshmen nothing,” the OU coach said Thursday. “It's just because when you tell them something and they have to think about it, that's not the direction we want them to go. I just want her to go out and do what she's been doing. She should not try to do anything different. We're 50-3. We've been pretty successful doing what we're doing, so we don't need to reinvent anything.
