But when Riley released his initial depth chart Wednesday, it became clear how much the coaching staff thinks of the freshman, as he topped the chart at the “X” wide receiver spot.
“He's a guy that just has the ‘it' factor on the outside with the receivers,” quarterback Baker Mayfield said earlier in the week.
