Oklahoma made a statement on Easter Sunday.
The Sooners reeled in a big commitment in the form of four-star Little Elm cornerback Ryan Watts.
Watts announced his decision via Twitter.
Watts picked Oklahoma over offers from Alabama, Miami, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Stanford, Texas, Texas A&M, Washington and several other major programs.
At 6-foot-2, 187 pounds, Watts is ranked as the No. 29 cornerback and No. 341 overall prospect in the country, per 247Sports Composite.
Oklahoma now has seven commits in its 2020 recruiting class, including six from the Dallas-area.
