Follow Colin Kaepernick's lead, former Oklahoma and current Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills dropped to one knee Sunday during the national anthem before his team's game against Seattle.

However, Stills did something Kaepernick did not -- he placed his hand over his heart.

On Tuesday, Stills tweeted a statement explaining his decision.
