Former OU football player, OHP trooper accused of using state database to stalk women

Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper and former OU football player Rodney Rideaux was arrested Wednesday for reportedly using his access to law enforcement records to stalk and harass women, according to the Norman Transcript.

Rideaux, 40, was charged with five counts of unauthorized use of the Oklahoma law enforcement telecom system.

According to the affidavit obtained by the Norman Transcript, Rideaux ran the license plates or names of people he was either in a relationship with, had previously been in a relationship with or attempting to be in a relationship with 21 times between September 2017 and May 2018.
