Former Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield played with plenty of emotion during his time with the Sooners, and his off-the-field personality isn't much different.
He proved that again this week when he wrote a lengthy, emotional letter addressed to Oklahoma fans for The Player's Tribune ahead of his participation in the 2018 NFL Combine.
The letter covers his successes, failures and everything in-between. He details his first "recruiting" trip to Norman when he was too undersized to even be a high school quarterback.
