NORMAN — As a sophomore, lefty Paige Parker dominated the Baylor softball team, pitching every single inning of the 2016 series sweep.
She shut out the Lady Bears in the first two games before allowing them to put up four runs in the third.
But when No. 15 Baylor (35-7, 8-1 Big 12) takes on No. 8 OU this weekend in Norman, it'll have to deal with more than just Parker. Instead they'll face a formidable pitching staff that loaded up in the offseason when coach Patty Gasso added Missouri transfer Paige Lowary and freshmen Mariah Lopez and Nicole Mendes.
