Sooners center Ty Darlington understands any frustration fans might feel with the recent string of 11 a.m. home starts.
“I can’t say I am,” Darlington said when asked if he was looking forward to another morning kick. “I don’t think anybody is.”
Darlington said it was important to have a loud crowd Saturday against the No. 23 Mountaineers.
“It’s hard for everyone to wake up early for that 11 a.m. kick and get going,” Darlington said. “It’s hard for us as players waking up at 6 a.m. or 6:30. I know it’s hard for fans.
