NORMAN — The district attorney will announce his decision Thursday on whether Oklahoma running back Rodney Anderson will be charged over a rape accusation.
Cleveland County District Attorney Greg Mashburn scheduled a news conference for 2 p.m. Thursday.
The prosecutor met with a Norman police detective Tuesday afternoon and again Thursday morning.
