The Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals ruled surveillance footage of Oklahoma freshman running back Joe Mixon punching a woman is public record.
Mixon was suspended his first year on campus from all football team activities after striking a woman at Picklemans Gourmet Cafe in July 2014. The video was shown to members of the media in September of the same calendar year, but was never released to the public.
The Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals rules the Joe Mixon punch video IS a public record and SHOULD be released.
