EDINBORO, PA. — Oklahoma State took a break from Big 12 wrestling action for a Friday night road dual at Edinboro.
The top-ranked Cowboys extended their undefeated season with a 24-12 win over the Fighting Scots.
Edinboro 125-pounder Sean Russell decisioned Nicholas Piccininni to give the Scots a 3-0 advantage to start the dual.
The Cowboys (11-0) responded with bonus-point victories in the 133- and 141-pound bouts. Kaid Brock earned a major decision, while Dean Heil beat Ozzy Lugo by technical fall, 17-2.
The Cowboys earned two more decisions before Edinboro 165-pounder Austin Mathews pinned Chandler Rogers in 3:47.
