The College Football Playoff picture is getting more and more selective. We’re down to no more than 16 teams in contention.

SEC: Five teams remain in contention – 8-0 Alabama, 7-1 LSU and 6-1 Kentucky, Florida and Georgia. Some say 5-2 Texas A&M still has a shot, but a two-loss team that doesn’t even make its conference championship game has no chance.
