Oklahoma State running back Chuba Hubbard and Oklahoma center Creed Humphrey were both named to The Associated Press preseason All-American first team on Tuesday.
Hubbard, who led the nation in rushing last season, is one of three All-Americans on the team, including Clemson quarterback Trevor Lawrence and LSU receiver Ja’Marr Chase.
Humphrey, a Shawnee product, was a second-team All-American selection last season and a finalist for the Rimington Trophy, which is awarded to the nation’s top center.
OSU star receiver Tylan Wallace — who is returning from an ACL tear — and OU kicker Gabe Brkic were selected to the second team.
