BYU athletic director responds to 25 groups blasting school's Big 12 candidacy because of 'homophobic, transphobic' policies

BYU's honor code has because a public issue for the school's pursuit of Big 12 membership.

A total of 25 groups are urging the Big 12 not to admit the private school owned by the Mormon Church because of its policy regarding LGBT issues, Fox Sports reported Monday.
