Oklahoma coach Lincoln Riley said Monday that he'd asked the Big 12 for clarification on whether or not the "Horns Down" hand symbol would draw a flag after West Virginia twice was flagged for flashing the sign during the Mountaineers' win over the Longhorns on Nov. 3.
Tuesday, during his weekly radio show, Riley said he'd heard back from the league ahead of Saturday's Big 12 Championship Game at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas (11 a.m., ABC).
"Yeah, we can't do it," Riley said.
The Sooners have had some experience being penalized for hand gestures this season.
