West Virginia coach Randy Mazey had to deal with a difficult situation Wednesday when starting pitcher Michael Grove injured his knee after throwing just six pitches and facing two batters.
Mountaineers' reliever Ross Vance finished the game off, going 8 2/3 innings and allowing just one hit in a 6-0 West Virginia win over Oklahoma.
After the game, Mazey talked about the win, Grove's injury and his team's recent hot streak.
