ESPN The Magazine's Body Issue won't hit newsstands until next week, but the sports media behemoth is giving a behind-the-scenes look at the shoot ahead of the issue's release.
Former Oklahoma softball player Lauren Chamberlain is among the athletes featured in this year's issue. Chamberlain is one of only a few Sooner alums to appear in the nude and semi-nude photos, joining Adrian Peterson and Blake Griffin.
“I said yes [to the Body Issue] for the girls around the world who might see the issue and see someone who looks like them - someone who’s thicker, bigger, not as jacked as the typical athlete - and that could give them that boost to love their bodies.
