STILLWATER — The Oklahoma State basketball team's roster attrition has prompted an interesting addition: a third-year manager.
Tanner Taylor, in his third year as a student manager for the Cowboys, was added to the team's roster ahead of Wednesday night's Bedlam game in Gallagher-Iba Arena. Taylor did not dress for the game, but he is listed as a 6-foot-1, 170-pound guard. He attended Emporia High School in Emporia, Kansas, and will wear No. 35.
He originally came to OSU as a walk-on safety on the football team.
Taylor did not participate in the walk-on tryouts OSU held last week following the dismissals of Michael Weathers, Kentrevious Jones and Maurice Calloo, which left the Cowboys with nine players.
