NORMAN — The Oklahoma Association of Broadcasters has filed another lawsuit in its pursuit of the 2014 surveillance tape of an incident that led to a charge against Oklahoma running back Joe Mixon.
The OAB filed the lawsuit in Cleveland County District Court against Cleveland County Court Clerk Rhonda Hall, the court clerk's office and the City of Norman on Tuesday.
The suit seeks the release of the surveillance tape after the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals ruled in February that a Cleveland County district judge erred in dismissing a lawsuit seeking to make the video public.
