All-State football: For Harrah's Logan Roberson, recruiting moved quickly, but picking OU was easy

HARRAH — Harrah offensive lineman Logan Roberson says committing to Oklahoma was one of the easiest moments of the recruiting process.

“It's OU,” he said. “What more could I want? It was the best decision I could make, and it was an easy one.”

Roberson had flown under the recruiting radar a little, popping up last February when Arkansas State offered a scholarship. A few other schools came in before the Sooners, but that was the offer that changed it all.

“It was a ride, I'll tell you that,” Roberson said with a laugh.

The powerfully built 6-foot-5, 320-pound Roberson anchored the offensive line for one of the state's most potent rushing attacks.
