NORMAN, Okla. — OU quarterback Kyler Murray didn't start vs Baylor on Saturday, but he still made an impact.
The Heisman Trophy candidate threw four touchdowns in the first half vs the Bears, leading Oklahoma to a 28-9 lead at the break.
He was as efficient as he's ever been for the Sooners, completing 10 of 11 passes for 191 yards. He was also Oklahoma's leading rusher with 21 yards on six carries at the half.
Two of his touchdown passes were to fellow Allen High School alumnus Lee Morris. He also threw scores to tight end Grant Calcaterra and receiver Marquise Brown.
