Here are five takeaways from Oklahoma's Monday news conference, which consisted of coach Bob Stoops and players Dede Westbrook, Ogbonnia Okoronkwo and Steven Parker. The Sooners defeated Texas 45-40 last week and will face Kansas State at 11 a.m. Saturday in Norman.
Injury update
Oklahoma was without five defensive starters against Texas, including now-retired LB Tay Evans.
