With the No. 97 overall pick in the 3rd round of the 2019 NFL Draft, the Los Angeles Rams have selected former Oklahoma Sooners offensive tackle Bobby Evans.
The Super Bowl LIII runners-up fielded one of the league’s best offenses under coach Sean McVay, and his squad is already geared up for another postseason run. Because of that, the organization came into this draft not necessarily looking for starting offensive linemen. Instead, the Rams were in the market for quality players that could potentially “redshirt” for a while as they continue to develop and learn the professional ropes.
