The Dallas Cowboys drafted Oklahoma defensive end Charles Tapper with the 101st pick of the 2016 NFL Draft. After sitting out a year because of a congenital back condition found in training camp, Tapper is ready to contribute to the Dallas pass rush. After joining the Cowboys last May, Tapper woke up at training camp in Oxnard, Calif., around Aug. 10 -- a few days before the first preseason game at the Rams -- with severe back pain and no feeling in one of his legs.
